We offer a £100 minimum trade in value for your used board!
If you have a board that you're not surfing or just isn’t getting enough time in the water and are looking to maybe try a new model or want to go up or down in volume our trade-in program could be a great option for you. One trade in board per new board, combining multiple old boards for one board isn’t possible unfortunately.
With our trade-in program you can use the value of your trade-in board towards the purchase of a new board (full priced boards only). We offer £100 minimum trade in value for your used board!
How does it work?

Look through your quiver for any board you’re no longer surfing or aren’t surfing enough and get in touch with us via email or simply bring your board to our Plymouth warehouse for an instant valuation.

Make sure to add as many pictures as possible of your board and an honest overview of any dings, repairs, or other issues on the board. Please make sure any wax is removed. Any boards with wax or dirt on will incur a £25 cleaning fee for a shortboard, £30 for a mid-length and £35 for a longboard.

We will respond with a valuation of the board. We offer a minimum £100 valuation, this is guaranteed. Anything above £100 isn’t guaranteed until the board has been delivered back to us.

If you’re happy with the valuation you can purchase your brand new board* from our website. *Full priced boards only

Once the new board has arrived you can return your old board using the packaging or drop it in yourself at our Plymouth warehouse. Please make sure to package the board with as much care as possible. Any damage occurred in transit will be taken off the valuation so spend some time packaging the board up, it’s worth it!

Organise a courier to pick up the board and send it back to us. You are responsible for courier costs. We recommend Parcelforce or DX as a courier.

Once the board has arrived back, we will confirm the valuation and process a refund for the agreed amount.

Any valuation is valid for 30 days from first contact. After 30 days we may need to update the valuation so make sure the board is sent back before the 30 days are over.
Surf satisfaction guarantee

If the board you purchased from us doesn’t work for you, whether that’s because it’s too big/small, not the right shape or simply doesn’t have that magic board feel to it, you can now return it to us and get another board thanks to our surf satisfaction guarantee.

The first step is to contact us via email, within 30 days of purchase, and provide us with some photos showing the board (cleaned of wax) and an honest overview of the state of the board.

We will reply to your email within 1 working day to confirm if the board qualifies for our surf satisfaction guarantee and if it does will walk you through the process and answer any questions you may have. The surf satisfaction guarantee will be fully confirmed once the board has been received back at us and had a full inspection.

When the surf satisfaction guarantee has been agreed you can place your order for another board and let us know via email when done. Please note only full price boards qualify, both for the first purchased board and the second board, no sale boards unfortunately.

When you have received the new board the first board has to be returned. You can use the packaging material of your first delivery if you still have this or if not use the material of the second delivery. Please make sure to package the board as best as you can to make sure no damage happens in transit. We like to think that couriers take care of board deliveries but better to be safe than sorry.

When the first board has been returned we will inspect the board and if all as expected will refund the agreed amount to the payment method used on the first order. If anything isn’t as expected we will contact you to resolve any issues.

The Surf Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to full price boards, no sale boards unfortunately.

If you decide to use the surf satisfaction guarantee and want to return your board to purchase another board, you need to contact us within 30 days of the purchase for your board to be reviewed for the surf satisfaction guarantee. Once agreed you get 7 days, from the moment your new board has arrived, to return your board to us in the agreed condition.

Boards need to be returned in a clean condition. Any wax, sand or dirt needs to be cleaned off before returning to us. Any boards with wax or dirt on will incur a £25 cleaning fee for a shortboard, £30 for a mid-length and £35 for a longboard.

The board needs to be in good condition with very light usage and no dings, damage or anything beyond light pressure dings from using the board.

You are responsible for returning the board to us. If any damage occurs during transit back to us this will be reviewed and have an effect on the surf satisfaction guarantee value.

Once your returned board has arrived we will inspect the board and confirm the surf satisfaction guarantee within 2 working days.

Once everything is confirmed we will refund the agreed amount back to you on the payment method used for the first order.

Any deck pads on the board will not affect the surf satisfaction guarantee but the cost of the deck pad will not be added to the refund.

If you are exchanging for a board which costs less than your original board, you will be given the difference in store credit.
